TornadoCRM is a platform for generating and invoicing.
The user fills out a form by creating an invoice that keeps tabs on customers and sales. He sends it to the customer later.
CRM allows you to set the parameters of invoices, brand them and specify a different tax.
Development from idea to release took 70 days.
During this time we are: • Added invoice styling. • Made registration and login.
Made address book that contains customer data: • email; • notes; • phone number; • list of accounts; • client status – active / inactive; • a link to a website or social network.
Also we have made an invoice form with next data: • valid until; • buyer’s name; • product or service name provider; • a button to add the cost of a product; • amount – with or without a discount; • product data – name, article, quantity; • the amount is “Tax exclusive (Inclusive total)” or without tax;
• the address book; • automatic tax calculation; • the stylization of invoices.
Users have access to information about the current status of the account: • withdrawn; • sent / not sent; • accepted / declined.
