Sales/Lead Manager

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Ability to work with objections.
  • Precisely articulated motivation.
  • Experience in sales of at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining CRM.
  • Execution of the KPI.
  • Presentation of the company.
  • Be part of a distributed team.
  • All-time search and learn of best practices.
  • Starting negotiations with potential clients.
  • Search for new sources of customer acquisition.
  • Helping a marketer in designing a sales channel.
  • Finding leads (lead generation) and basic market research.
  • Keeping statistics on companies and working with analytics.
  • Collection and processing of data about potential customers.
  • Assistance in concluding contracts to the seller closing the deal.
  • Transfer of data from the client of the company to form a commercial offer.
  • Transfer of promising leads for further processing by experienced employees.
  • Working with the base and communication with warm leads (repeated requests, ping old customers).

Would be a plus:
  • General knowledge in the IT.
  • Experience in the B2B segment.
  • Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
